I am currently working in a Big4 as a Data Science Manager and expecting an offer for Senior Data Scientist role in CAPCO. Is it a good move?
Salary is little better and I am expecting CAPCO has good FS projects
But at the same time I think the role is junior.
Your suggestion please is it a good move

How high does L6 range typically go for Sr Program Manager roles? I am currently at ~250k TC and the position they were interviewing me for hand a max range of 200k TC. Is >300k TC possible?

I had a non traditional path out of law school because I graduated at the height of the Great Recession and my mother was seriously I’ll with cancer. I’ve worked for 2 big four firms in internal positions within compliance/regulatory for a total of 6+ years and am ready to make a move. What is my next best one? Is it totally impossible for me to go to a law firm?
