Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

Pharma is more mentally challenging. And I feel like I’m doing good in the world helping sick people find medicine that can help them live a better life
I worked in pharma for a while. The deep research and juggling FDA regulations was intellectually stimulating. The work ended up being the same 5 things every time anyway. The money wasn’t much better, either.
I never felt like I was making the world a better place, because pharma work falls into 4 categories: 1) the drug works to treat something significant, 2) the drug only kinda works to treat something significant, 3) the drug works on a condition that’s questionable, 4) the drug only kinda works to treat a condition that’s questionable.
Category 1 work is great, but not usually creatively fulfilling. Category 2 work (like a drug that offers minimal life extension for people with late stage cancer) is hard but sometimes there are glimmers of light. Category 3 work makes you feel like a snake oil salesman. Category 4 work gives you an inner monologue that sounds like RFK Jr.
There’s also the subset of work where the drug works but the side effects are worse than the initial illness, like the anti smoking medication that caused suicidal ideation.
I mean, could just be quitting smoking causing the suicidal ideation if I know smokers, but yeah
As someone who has had autoimmune illnesses my whole life, all the ads for Enbrel, Humira, Xeljanz, Cosentyx, Rinvoq, etc. were never the reason my doctor prescribed them or the reason my insurance denied them. They may have been the reason they cost $20k/month though!
Until the HHS bans Parma ads. They’ve said they want to 🤷♂️
Of course they do. Next they'll ban pharma altogether

I work on rare diseases and with kids. It makes a difference.
No question. CPG will use more of your creative skills. Pharma is more constrained, more rules to follow.
Are creatives seriously saying pharma lol? Some significant coping in those comments.
It’s not the best, but it allows me to use my creativity towards my side projects. Plus more secure (in a sense).
