Pinterest Crisis 📌 👻

Anyone else dealing with a vanishing content issue on Pinterest? I use it as a second brain for creative references and more. Sadly, entire boards worth of pins seem to have vanished. I still see the pin count at the top and blank gray placeholders, but not the actual content. Even if it gets fixed, it really shakes my trust in the platform. Has anyone found a good alternative like MyMind or Cosmos, ideally with a way to migrate saved content over?

I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. All of my performance reviews have been positive and I have been the lead/only BI developer on two of our largest and most public projects this year. Any thoughts on what I could ask for at end of year reviews for a salary increase?

What do you think about my new title? I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies. I am not complaining, but I have this creeping irrational feeling that I’ll get fired for not working even though there’s nothing for me to do. Should i be making up projects or asking for more work? Or just chill out? I just feel very confused. Are a lot of full time jobs like this?

Want to work with my designer on a toolbox of steps to pick from to find what works best for their individual creative process? I know my creative process is look at inspiration, pen and paper, then start designing, but I don’t want to assume that’s theirs too.
