YOE - 6.5
T2 L2 role offered
TTC offered - 28 LPA

Current Fixed CTC - 25 LPA + RSU yearly 3 lakhs (after taxes), which I will be losing as SAP didn't give RSU

1) Is it a good offer for T2 L2?

2) I already accepted the offer, but I have a counter offer of 30 LPA fixed CTC from Cardinal Health. Can I renegotiate with SAP? or will it be bad, or may they revoke the offer?
