McKinsey Bain Bcg Oliver wyman AtK? Literally never heard that acronym before lol
Going to have to change that to MBBOK now 😄
Adding onto McK1 the only weird situation that comes to mind is an early tenure EM who is managing a senior BA/ senior Asc. There’s no immediate adjustment to comp when you get designated EM so you could feasibly be managing a BA/Asc who is making more than you
OW1 - salary and then depending on their rating it’s feasible that total comp could be lower. Don’t think there are other scenarios where EM would make less than their team outside of that BA DTEM situation
It’s not that different across MBBOA but very different from B4. (I’ve worked in a bunch of places). Your total comp depends upon tenure within role and rating. ie all US 1 year EMs rated Distinctive make the same. Not very complicated.
“MBBOA”? McKinsey, Bain, Bank of America?
