They were never the same after Roy got mauled by the tiger.
Definitely had to shut down the Vegas office 😂
Not trying to be a hater because I have never worked there but it is somewhere that I have never heard a good thing about from past employees

There’s a reason they put so much pressure on recruiting
Siegfried is really focused on growth for FY25 - looking to add around 400 people to their HC. Recruiters get 30% of your base, which was historically higher than big4 and probably why you’re getting flooded on LinkedIn lol (assuming you have a background with big4 because that’s where Siegfried looks to hire). looking for the tea as well. how do i message ya?
I've only heard bad things. And the fact they push / reward employees so much to recruit others, that alone is a huge red flag. Like why are they so desperate and have to pay employees so muxh just to find other hires...

Now ask yourself why those 🚩🚩 are appearing.
I’m at Siegfried, the average retention rate here is about 6 years which these days seems pretty good. It’s a great place if you know you’re looking to move into industry in the future but don’t want to commit to one particular role and want to get exposure to a lot of different projects/industries

I had a pretty bizarre experience with the interview process. It was 5 hours of interviews, which they let me break up as well as a survey that you fill out for all your interests (all in prob 6 hours worth of my time). Interviews seemed to go great and then after it all I received no offer based on the fact that I didn’t seem ‘open-minded’ to everything since I checked off a few items on the least preferred projects (Sox, audit). Not really sure what they’re looking for but I would be sure you want to go with them before you waste valuable time
You at least get paid for your time from the interviews
I really enjoyed The Siegfried Group up until the moment they surprised terminated me after having just discussed a promotion with me.
I genuinely loved the comp structure, coworkers and variety of projects I got to touch. However, I was blindsided when management broke from their traditional review process, gave me no feedback on my last client engagement and fired me due to “not meeting expectations“ despite nonstop positive informal feedback to me from the client & years of positive reviews
