Procurement peeps - how do y’all learn about and develop category strategies. Are there books or other sources of information that have helped you?

I've been working out since early 2020 6x/ week and lost ~30lbs. However, I didn't adjust my eating -only switched to an intermittent fasting schedule (eat between 12-8pm). Now, I'm trying to focus on better eating. I struggle with sweets - If it's around me, I need it all lol and Uber eats is a weakness bc of all the dessert places! My meals are relatively balanced so not a major issue...

I've heard of intuitive eating but sounds a bit fluffy (lol) - other tips? What has worked for you? Help!!
