Publicis Sapient is having one of the Worst interview process.. 2 hrs at a stretch they will ask you every single thing and reject you on a single topic. There should be some threshold to this. If you are going to reject a candidate eventually just decide it within first 30 mins ....why to waste 2 hours?

Am I correct in my understanding that:

Over a certain income ($76k as of 2021), a single person CANNOT make tax-free contributions to a traditional IRA if you have a workplace retirement plan?

In my example, I have a work 401k, and my adjusted gross income is over (or just about hovering) at the 76k limit. This means I can't make pre-tax contributions to a traditional IRA, so I should just go for a Roth?
