If you are eligible for gratuity. Does the amount get reflected in the FNF statement ?
I understand that it might come separately but does the amount show under FNF settlement document ?

I have had salary discussion with IBM on 9th Feb, awaiting offer letter. Erverytime I call HR, she says you'll get offer letter within 2 days. No luck yet. Does anyone have idea within how many days IBM releases offer letter.
