Received an email from Barclays Workday that Stage 1 bgv was successfully completed on 24th Feb. HireRight portal says that report completed and sent to Barclays. I am yet to hear back from the HR regarding my DOJ, in the initial offer letter it was 60 days however, my notice period is 90 day, HR said that it will get updated after stage 1 bgv is cleared, I have emailed/called her, no response, when can I expect the updated DOJ. The onboarding app says both stage 1&2 in progress.

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
