(I have recently joined IQVIA bangalore. I will receive my first month salary on 25th this month. Payroll portal got just created for me. So, I opened.)
In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

You should negotiate hard cause once you join IQVIA, your comp will lag vs peer firms as you progress . So recommend you to get as much as you can from the get go. IQVIA is willing to pay more for external hires than internal promotes
You get hikes only for progression and promotion. If you don’t have prior consulting experience, you need to learn the ropes of basic consulting on top of project/client management and business development so you might not get a salary adjustment for a while…everyone in the industry knows that IQVIA lowballs internal people (vs. actually offers competitive salary for external hires) that’s why most people don’t stay for more than a couple of years. I’m ex-IQVIA so I know…
What is the sign-on bonus? There may be a bit room for negotiation in the sign-on bonus if the hiring manager don’t increase the base. Please feel free to DM if you don’t want to share here.
Do you have the req # or link? I can tell you if that's good if I understand better what group it's with
To IQVIA1s point above, I think I’ve always been at 90-100+% of bonus target. Strategy consulting that is. But it does depend on your performance.
I don’t really see that what C1 says. Just for you to be aware, strategy consulting AP TC range is 255-290 (TC = base + bonus only). You can calculate what that means from a % hike. It very much varies depending on the year and role, as also salary bands are re-assessed nearly every year.
