Received an offer from Wells Fargo. With the restructuring going on, and layoffs going on However my plan is to stay only 1–1.5 years and then switch. The main reason I’m considering is that they increased my fixed pay by ~50%, and the total CTC is ~34 LPA with 4 YOE.

Would it be ok to join under these circumstances?

Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.
