Fishes, Basically, I’m a front-end developer. I have work with most of the front-end technologies and frameworks. I want to learn back-end to get rid of the dependency from the other person who work with the the back-end for the common tasks.

I’m a third year associate wanting to leave my second law firm. My first two years of practice I was at a small firm and left to a mid-size firm to practice insurance defense. Any tips on leaving a firm “correctly”? Was about to go “of counsel” with my firm of 6 years, but then another firm whose partners I really respect (and personally like) offered me a partnership position.
