1. Do they fire immediately if I fail the IAP? or give option to resign on our own?

2. When does the IAP period start exactly?

I got an offer from IBM for the role of Business Manager with 25.7L Fixed Salary. I am from SAP Functional Stream. Hike of around 40%.
Q What is the role of Business Manager?
Q Is this a good Package?
Q Is there no Statutory Bonus in IBM?
Q What is the minimum Variable pay GDP+PA we can expect? Any specific % from basic/ Gross?

I've had people recommend brushing up on cracking the PM code but there's SO MUCH information out there and it's hard to figure out if I'm looking at the right thing or not. In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
Can you please help me with what generally Assistant Manager tasks in Deloitte USI are?

I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.
