Recently got an offer from pwc sdc. Assurance- Senior associate 17.9L fixed with 1l joining bonus. is the a good offer or did they lowball me? i have 2.5 yrs of exp as a CA.

Also if anyone could tell me what the hike% range generally is for assurance people?? I hear its lower than other big 4s, is that true?

I got a offer from Shell Bengaluru, And they mentioned it's Hybrid and depends on Team, so approx will it be mandatory 3 days work from office?

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.
