They took snap and said you're finalist, you will get CIS form just fill it (and I got this and submitted on Monday 27th).

They said In next 2- 3days by Thursday you'll get call from HR for Salary Negotiation round and next offer released.

But till now no communication from HR ..May i know whn I get? Why it's getting delayed?

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.
