Recently I got interviewed with HCL and got offer also. But my pre joining background verification was stuck due to earlier I took GST registration. As per them I had to cancel my GST.. I did that also. Now my joining was postponed. So just wanted to know that whether they will onboard me or not..?? I tried to call HR, initially he was responding but last 2 time he is not responding.. cutting my calls. Thanks in advance

I work at a ‘free market’ firm and have developed a very good reputation among partners. Naturally, they are drowning me in work. I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
