Recently I got onboarded in Santander project coforge with c code and vdi , and I have no idea where my location is and project is not assigned to me yet and want south location what should I do now anyone can help ? Pls I need help

One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
