Recently, I received an offer from one of the Big 4 firms for an SAP Analyst role. The package they are offering is quite decent ranging from 9 to 11 lpa.

However, I would like to understand that What is the maximum salary I can expect in the SAP domain, and after how many years of experience is it usually achievable?

If any company give more salary than another competitor for same position, if we show their offer. In this case what will be the expectation from candidate.
Because some time consultant level guy gets an salary of lead level guy.

Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.
