If any company give more salary than another competitor for same position, if we show their offer. In this case what will be the expectation from candidate.
Because some time consultant level guy gets an salary of lead level guy.

A few months ago I took a job selling internet service. So, i have been trying to write a BASHO email template and I am hitting a wall. It’s hard to personalize it as a lot of the people I reach out to have no social media or are super hard to find. Basically what I have is Intro->benefit statement(one sentence)->CTA. Any advice?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

Does EY GDS and EY Global have separate sets of clients or does GDS aide Global in its operations ? I have an SAP offer from GDS but worried if I'll actually get any direct client exposure.
