Recruiters, do you take the "Easy apply" feature on Glassdoor and other jobs boards as much as applicants sending out emails? I really have been skeptical about the feature when applying for jobs, I'd usually take the longer route of filling in manually than pressing the "Easy Apply". What about you, now do you apply for jobs?
