Hybrid and remote jobs have become quite scarce. The pendulum really swung back to having everyone in the office, and that seems like it'll be permanent. There are upsides to having people work together in teams, of course, but it also comes down to bosses wanting people working where they can see them.

Yeah, it seems like a lot of companies are leaning back into office culture, reason why remote and hybrid roles really do feel harder to come by now.
Starting in 2020 and the couple of years after that, remote and hybrid work was (for obvious reasons) huge. Now companies are reverting to before that, and then some. Also, a reason why so many industries went through huge layoffs in the past few years. Swelled during covid and now going back to normal-ish.

True, the pandemic really did create a surge in remote roles and hiring, and now companies are going back to pre‑2020 norms.

True, but it will be interesting to see if organizations can find a middle ground that keeps productivity high while still giving employees some of that balance.
I see them everywhere just depends on your experiance and area of experiance. But, bee careful what you agree too.
