Scenario:
My last working day in last organization is 22nd October. But my last employer made contribution in the month of November and because of that I can able to select exit date in October.
Now I put exit date as 1 November but my current organization has joining date in 27th October and that made me confusion for future change.
Will it affect in future Employment or I can keep as it is.
Please suggest.

Those who joined Globant recently for React can you please share client interview experience?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

How long does it take for globant to come back with results/feedback from 2nd round of interview?
