Hi everyone, I am a development professional with 12 years of experience across climate change, sustainable development, CSR, livelihoods and M&E. Client wants to set up an LLC where a President gets 25% of the membership interests but contributes no capital other than his services. Governance is supposed to be handled by the vote of the members based on percentage ownership. It seems like the President is going to recognize tax on the value of his contributed services unless we structure his interests as profits interests. Would welcome anyone’s thoughts. I’m concerned about the surge in omicron. I packed everything, just in case. Q2 is ending, a new quarter is starting. We get new kids each quarter as a Specials teacher.
It’s stressful at quarter changeovers.
In going back after break, it’s too much of a contrast. I cannot sleep, I wake up in the middle of the night, “for the day”, about 6 nights a week. To stay structured, I go to “Surrender yoga” daily. I’m good to go do 1 more thing after yoga. I feel accomplished. Couching causes anxiety.
