Rejoined EY from my maternity leave. These guys mapped me to a project which is very hectic that I’m logging in by 10AM and logging off by 10PM. Its very hectic and has lot of calls in between. I told the person who is simply lopping me into not to pull me in as I have a small child and I just rejoined from work.


Is there anyone we can talk to about this? Counselor or HR?

What shitty policy few organizations are having to call people down to office to pick laptop? Even in wfh scenario. How is that efficient?

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

Hi guys, it's been 4 weeks since i joined GDS , I was assigned a POC task, in which I worked for a few days but now its on hold.

Hello people. Need a suggestion and plz provide your honest inputs. I'm with EY GDS currently (3 YOE) with a package of 10LPA (before hike). Role is of Tax senior. I'm exploring roles in WELLS FARGO/JP as I am looking into profiles in investment banking. Have done masters in banking & finance, & have retail banking experience of 4.5 years. Overall 8+ YOE from scrap.
Just want to understand the salary structure and role in wells/jp if possible. What can I expect with the jump at most? Plz help.
