CTC - 36L (fixed) + 2L JB + 10% variable

Present firm - PwC India
CTC - 23L (fixed) + 15% variable
Retention offer - 30L (fixed) + 6L one time bonus. Variable pay for FY25 will be paid over and above this.

There is no change in designation. Should I switch or stay at PwC India? Work is more or less same at both teams, with a slightly better WLB in PwC India.

If retain, how to guarantee that I will get the promised hike?

Looking for a fully remote job! I previously worked as a Care Coordinator with a hybrid schedule but that started becoming more demanding on f2f with clientele. I’d like something different than care coordination but still stay within the field. BA in psychology with 10 years experience working with Developmental and behavioral health. Is it possible to become an attorney (getting JD, admission to bar and keep license to practice) but not practice law at all and keep working in a totally different profession where you are already working at? I know professionally this doesn’t make sense but just curious to know.
