Have 3 busy seasons of big4 audit experience and going on 3 years in the finance/ops department of a F75 company. CPA and I’ve always been a top performer. I don’t have any interest in accounting and Primarily work on and enjoy improving processes at my company and am thinking about trying to do some type of process improvement consulting for financial service firms. Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

I'm looking for front-end web design work, and work from home. I am a strong designer and basically set up landing pages for large companies on a proprietary CMS in our company.
