Dealing with some shit. Started a new job remotely (I’ll be moving there in Jan). First few weeks great. Now about 5 weeks in I’m getting feedback from my CD like “this isn’t where it needs to be” “we need you to push this” also snarky emails about my attempts at fixing the problem. It’s not hurt feelings so much (although tbh I am a little wounded) but how do I prevent this from turning into a downward spiral? I fear the kind of spiral where his opinion of me colors how he sees all future work

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? I'm based in London.

Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.

TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)

TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)

Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Any resume writer referrals? I’m trying to make the jump into project management. I’m hoping a better written resume will help target algorithms to get my resume viewed for other roles.

Studied accounting and finance but worried about the future of this profession. Currently working in Forensic Consulting but want to leave. Should I go back to undergrad and get a computer science degree? I honestly want a career where I could at least potentially make 600 k per year. I feel in accounting it’s near impossible. Additionally, I’m sick of people looking down on me. My gf is getting a PhD in a social science and gets way more respect then me. I am 25 also. HELP
