Sanity check, has anyone else dealt with this?

My new MBA holding Director just posted his 90 days success post on his LinkedIn profile (seems like an MBA thing) and he included a month over month revenue chart that he made that claimed credit for performance improvements that are the complete opposite of the actual numbers.

I'm dumbfounded. Is this common? Anyone in the company who knows our numbers can easily see what a blatant lie this is.

Feels discouraging that lies get rewarded.

I just saw a Sr Mgr Marketo role posted - they want 6yr+ exp. Role has direct reports so 3yr+ mentoring/leadership exp. They want certifications in Marketo, nice to have SFDC cert. It’s remote. Salary starts at $90k. Are they kidding??! Or am I just expecting way too much for certifications, and managing others in todays world? haha
