Do recruiters always try to lowball you with their first offer?

I've been interviewed by @Amazon on 8th July and even after multiple follow up emails, there's no update. Any suggestions?

Is it just me or was the logical reasoning on Bain’s SOVA test for the London office extremely hard? Does anyone know if it’s a big part of the interview process (compared to the Resume / CL)?

Is a person bound to fail an interview if he is not prepared?

In your opinion, are the wall street prep courses good for getting a practical exposure to financial modeling and add value to resume? Are they similar to real life cases? Is it worth it?

I graduated during Covid with a double major in business administration and business management with a minor in marketing and magically ended up in sales because I needed a job. I’m about to take a data analytics course to make an attempt to break into that field. I’m currently looking for a mentor to help guide me during this time. I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation. I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach. My experience with this only applies to healthcare, but would imagine it’s the same in consumer as well. Anyone?

Do creative actually READ the briefs? I don’t know how many times I have had to provide feedback about creative that missed the mark because creatives were cleaving to a concept more than the content.
