What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. 1. Deloitte usi - senior consultant
2. Salesforce - senior tech consultant.
Both are offering same package.
