Take off
You can use them until 12/31/2018 and then carry up to 5 past 12/31 and use those by 6/30/2019. So the immediate, short term plan should be to find a way to use 15 of the 20 between now and 12/31.
That’s dumb. You’re basically throwing money away without using them
Not to mention not even giving yourself any kind of a break. Even just like a summer Friday off lol
I actually had a ton of time off, including 10 used days of ado plus an unexpected short term disability that caused cancelling a 2-week vacation over the summer - was not planning on being in this situation but have enough vacation between now and March to use all of it and then some more!
Depends on what state you're in. In California you can carry over up to 220 hours. At 220 you stop accruing.
