1️⃣ LTIMindtree – 33.5 LPA (Fixed, Gratuity, Insurance and 3.2 LPA Variable included) | Hybrid

2️⃣ Infosys – 33.5 LPA (fixed) + Gratuity, Insurance, 0 Variable | On payroll of acquired firm (In-Tech, Kochi) but full WFH

3️⃣ EPAM Systems – 30.1 LPA ( fixed, Gratuity, Insurance, 0 Variable )| Foreign projects, WFH so far possible

I lean toward Infosys, but payroll via In-Tech worries me. What key factors should I weigh before deciding?

What would be considered great operating exit ops at startups coming from VC?

How do referrals work?

I’m a new winter grad and I feel absolutely horrendous. As much as I don’t want to admit it I’ve never been more depressed in life. It’s not even bc I’ve lost the stress from school, it’s that I really don’t look forward to my job.

I’ve always wanted to travel the world but I’m in finance and in the role I am in there’s no way for me to do that. I’ve also always wanted to start some kind of food business but it feels like a pipe dream especially given the risk and trade off. Any suggestions?

Interested in how much others spend on food per month and what that breakdown looks like between at home or ordering out.

My husband and I have no kids and order/go out very rarely, maybe once a month, and our grocery bill for just the 2 of us has risen to around $750-$800 per month this year.

It's starting to feel very unreasonable to spend so much despite not wasting much. I do buy mostly produce but not always organic, and very little meat.
