Offer in hand: HCL 18.5 lpa || NTT data 20 LPA (shifts) || LTI 19 LPA and 1 lakh JB
I want to show counter offer of 20 lpa to LTI and ask for 20% hike that is 24 lpa. Will LTI give that kind of hike ? Please share your advice on this. and also which company to join.

I've been working out since early 2020 6x/ week and lost ~30lbs. However, I didn't adjust my eating -only switched to an intermittent fasting schedule (eat between 12-8pm).
