Scaling our recruitment efforts to match our growth has been incredibly challenging. We need to hire quickly without sacrificing quality. How do you effectively scale recruitment for a fast-growing startup while maintaining high standards?

For fast upscaling, you need a network. You don't have a lot of time to interview. So, you need someone who already knows how the candidate works in a team environment. You can only get that information through a personal network. Otherwise, hire a staffing agency to hold the forte while you recruit better candidates.

High pay and relying on other indicators of success. A person from a good school, with good certs, and who works at a well established company is much less likely to be a risk.

A top tier recruiting agency. If you’re in chicago I can let you know who I use

At what point do you begin to feel numb (if ever) when you’re done trial and prepping for another trial in a span of 3 months, while mains full caseload of other active litigation cases? Should I be worried that I’m going from engaged and stress to numb and slightly indifferent? Or is this what it feels like to power through? I can’t gauge it anymore? And can’t impose judgment one way or another either.

Mid-level when she's leading the call: please make sure you take notes. It's expected of the person not leading a call (note I always take notes)

Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.
