Offer In hand: 15 lpa fixed TCS

Cleared all virtual + F2F rounds, but during HR discussion they said they don’t have budget for my expected 15 LPA fixed. My current CTC is 11 LPA and expectations were already shared upfront. Disappointed after investing so much time. Why do companies still lowball candidates? Anyone faced similar?

The problem here is because Finance jobs requires exceptional skills and academics due to which he is not able to get shortlisted for most job interview screening, he is receiving interview calls from great companies but not able to convert them.
