My fiancé and I both have the CSR card and Freedom Unlimited combo and love them. We are thinking of adding another card and we were considering the Amex Platinum (to diversity transfer partners) or likely a United card for lounge access since we live in Chicago.

Amex Platinum Users - How does “no preset spending limit” get reported to the credit bureaus? Just got approved and 6 months ago my credit was around 580 so this is a huge achievement for me, but I’m also obsessed with maintaining my credit score now. Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?
