Let’s see who remembers their MPRE. Just found a position at my dream firm I would like to interview for; however, I was also just placed on a deal where dream firm is the opposite counsel. I don’t want my current firm to know I’m thinking of leaving in case I don’t, so asking for a conflicts waiver doesn’t seem feasible. I had walked into a best collateral store and sold a few unused electronic items. I had to give my drivers license and finger prints. Now, I feel very vulnerable that I had to share a lot of personal information. Does anyone see any risks disposing old items in this manner and sharing their personal info?
