Senior Full stack engineer role at Lilly.

Saw a lot of negative posts, so just wanted to give some context for comparison.
My current org is a product based company where work life balance is bad. You may have to work late night an they are very strict about work timings ( 5days work from office). One person ( CEO) makes most of the decisions and shouts at everyone to get things done his way.
Now compared to this, is Lilly still bad?

I want to stay for at-least 2-3 years if I join.
