Hi guys, I’ve a query so I’m already in discussion with Deloitte India and got a call from Deloitte USI. So if I would’ve to choose btw these two given the salary and designation offered is almost same. Which one should I prefer India or USI?

Operating model for Deloitte India is similar to EY India and for Deloitte USI is similar to EY GDS.
If your horizon is long term then DI if 4-5 years then USI. The pay, perks are much better in USI. Plus while people talk about the work quality, its actually much better in USI. The US clients are more mature and have much more complex problems to solve for. However beyond M your career will plateau out.
USI here !
USI is definitely better in terms of pay and benefits; and you will get better exposure working with global teams
There’s all kinds of variations. I am in consulting and have been on a direct client facing project for the last couple of years. Pay is definitely better in USI. While this is delivery focused primarily, there are bunch of options to work on proposals if you network right. If you get a traveling role, USI is a better option from hotel grades (5*) is what I am aware of.
USI. Better Perks, better hikes.
Well Deloitte USI consulting specially is more like a delivery centre. Very few avenues for client exposure. So beware of that fact. But no APAC clients for USI. So that's one good thing. India is all about client managing and handling so that part you can see very well. Benefits wise I am not aware if there is difference. It can be more or less same in both the entities.
