Serious question. I received my yearly increase at work and it was 2% compared to the 4% I got last year. They noted due to the economy last year, they were able to push for full 2% this year. It didn’t really make THAT of a difference. What are your thoughts on this? … should I look elsewhere perhaps?

My father has been very aggressive and keeps on creating quarrel like situations at home day in and day out.
I care for him a lot. However, i have tried both calm and aggressive tones during quarrels, but it also didn't help.
Now it's becoming unbearable to keep on getting involved with his quarrels over little things... considering this scenario I am also not proceeding with matrimonial process as not sure how the girl will handle this
