Don't do this stuff. These cases are really rare. There are accidents as well but you do drive right.

Though there have been so many cases of women abuse and killing for dowry throughout Indian history, did girls stop getting married?
A few cases went viral where some girl killed some guy and suddenly all girls are after money and they are bad are they?

How rare is 1.5 ..it still seems risky. So let's bring numbers again

Number of girl child born on average in 90's is around 1 crore. Number of violent crime against women if we totally leave the after marriage crimes like asking for dowry etc and only include crime like serious harassments acid attacks, r**e, murder kidnapping etc is 2.7lakh. that' 2.7 percent. So the chances of you marrying a girl who put fake dowry case on you is almost half than her chances of being involved in a serious crime that probably scarred her for life and maybe disabled with lifetime of ptsd.

Still think it's common?

You guys think yeah atul subhash yeah yeah or that girl who killed her husband favour man yeah.

Bro above numbers don't account for cases that are not even registered. You think when a 18 year old girl from a village in rajasthan or up is r***d, and finally after fighting with family and her villagers gather the courage to report it she should first face a thorough investigation?
The laws are unfair for a reason. You cannot just look at social media to a single data point and think yeah yeah this is enough.

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I’m also curious about whether this is something that I should just discuss with my recruiter directly?

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach.
