Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hi Guyz,
Any one from IBM ?
I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

I always try to tweak my resume and cover letter based on the specific job I'm applying for. Recruiters and hiring managers often set the search terms based on key things they are looking for, and that can help you avoid being weeded out.
I agree with this. It seems to really help me as well.
More than key words, data on how many opportunities created, deals closed, etc. is impressive. For key words/phrases, I like to see things around understanding customers and their painpoints, being able to tackle objections, persistence, team-player, good writing and phone skills
Thank you!
I think understanding a companies ICP is really great, especially in tech. Also just make sure you talk about the tech stack you used at prev roles, and if there were gaps in your experience of that gap that you would like to work with management to identify and find a solution for at the new comp
That’s a good tip
Have you set up a profile on LinkedIn? It’s a professional networking site. You can post a resume and as you do it AI will prompt you with keywords. Additionally I go look at other people in my position and see what words they use in their profile and I “borrow” those words.
