Been working as an Assistant Technician for 3 years (2 years excluding pandemic) pay is £21k now £22 adjusted for inflation. I will be completing my Part 1 in architecture but also have a degree in Technology, should I find a different company after graduation or take roles offering £30-45k as an Architectural Technologist/Technician.

I recently moved to Dubai after getting married. I am still continuing my last job but eventually I'll hv to find a new opportunity here. I am from architecture background and wud like if someone who could help me with a referral. As far as my capabilities are concerned, I hv personally loved teaching and managing projects cz I am able to connect with my team/students and get the job done. So it'll be great if someone would want to give me a chance for who I am personally and not just on paper

I’m curious to know if anyone has experience working part-time in architecture? I have been working for large international firms in NYC for the past 10 years. So I work all day every day. My evenings and often the weekends are all absorbed by work duties. Working part-time would allow me to find a better balance, and carve out space for side gigs and eventually start my own firm. Any recommendations?

After a lot of research an thought I am leaning towards either architecture or interior design. I wanted to ask some advice from anyone working as an architect or interior designer. It is so expensive to live here, I am struggling to make things work. Is this a normal salary for someone of my experience or should I ask for a raise?
