i love Fauré le plage, so much less common than goyard and excellent quality. i have the daily battle 37 and have been using it for the past couple years: it’s held up great

I looked up these 3 brands and they literally have the same repeated motif as Goyard… and Dior and Fendi too 🤔

I do like the black epi I actually just can’t get my hands on it right now! I like it a lot. My St Louis looks like 🐶 💩 lol. The paint has faded a lot.

I have Rua Angelica from Marco Massaccesi. They are hand-made and custom-made (I have actually been in Marco’s shop), you can choose leather type and color, lining color, hardware, additional pockets and compartments. It takes him 2-3 months to craft the bag, but it’s gorgeous, beautifully made and reasonably priced https://shop.marcomassaccesi.it

Honestly love my Valentino rock stud tote. Very understated. Multiple colors and true leather https://www.neimanmarcus.com/p/valentino-garavani-rockstud-vitello-tote-bag-prod207280019

More of a vent. I want to travel with my kids when they are older (I have a baby and a toddler) and I decided this even before the pandemic. It’s stressful with small kids. My family always reminds me that they went on vacation with my sister and I when she was a baby and I should be able to do it once the pandemic is over. My sister and I are 11 years apart! Of course they could travel. I could feed myself, wipe my own ass, and I even helped with my sibling. So irritated with the judgment!

Any advice on managing expectations? I’ve always had this dream to move to Europe for a couple years and travel the continent. The older I get the more I realize this will never happen for me. However, I see my friends doing it and it really cuts deep because I realize I can’t achieve my dreams. How do you deal with accepting things like this? It’s really taking a toll on my mental health and overall ability to be happy.

Trouble networking virtually; I started recently, 3 months ago. I am not sure how projects/internal moves work but I was wondering if anyone has advice on networking virtually? I am finding it tricky because I don't know anyone apart from my team & I can't view Talent Marketplace because I am on a billable project, not sure how long it will go. I enjoy my work and not looking to move just yet, I wanted to see what else is out there and looking for opportunities to network with more people.

Has anyone used bright horizon’s back up child care? I’m currently juggling my two little ones (almost 1 and 3) because grandma had a procedure that sidelined her for a few weeks. We’ve never done care centers or outside help - so naturally I’m apprehensive, but with busy season ending, these final few weeks are proving to be too much. I can do in home or a center- but my nerves are holding me back, esp for my almost 1 year old.
