I’m LGBTQIA+ and an in house attorney in a red state. I am desperately seeking a relocation after a handful of anti-LGBTQIA+ bills and rhetoric have been introduced, & some even signed into law in my state. Despite my efforts, I cannot seem to get a recruiter to work with me or any companies outside my state to even consider me. I’ve long disliked the term ethics. Definitions of ethics all refer to morals. Morals are very personal and vary a lot from person to person, culture to culture. Law is how we as a society express our preferences and impose rules and restrictions on ourselves. So the question should never be about whether companies can be ethical. What does that mean? One person thinks eating meat is unethical, another thinks it’s perfectly ethical. Companies should focus on complying with the law.

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents

The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).
