Any time those activist investors want to boot him, I’m good with it
He has totally lost his sense of reality. For the good of the company and employees he needs to step aside. His ego and inability relate to the average employee has set the company back. Brett saw the writing on the wall and got out. I plan on doing the same. Several thousand people are also on a sabbatical and not on their own accord, but due to poor decisions at the top.

He knows his days are numbered. Which means Salesforce is going to be following oracle in the next 5 years.
Just fyi. Internally also he’s lighting it up by asking folks to come back to the office. In the city where I am parking is $20 on average. It’s not discounted for employees. Traffic is horrendous and will take me about 1 to 1.25 hours each way and yet I’m expected to be in the office four days a week.
I’d love to find a new role. However, it’s been challenging. Can’t go from D’bag company to another (Deloitte). Please ping me if you are aware of an opening. Thank you.
It’s tough, most big companies are d bag companies and will let you go in a second. No amount of “space rooms” , free lattes, and corny nicknames they give all the kool aid drinkers is worth it. Some of the smartest people in the world but also some of the most disingenuous work in the big tech / big 4. You can make 200k at a lot of places that give you way more security and future. Just a little less fluff.
