Hey OP, you don’t “steal business” from the agency you acquire… that’s kind of the whole point of you know, acquiring it (or in BBDO’s case, “merging” it in from FCB). This has been common practice in this business for decades and isnt nearly as sinister as you seem to be implying…
Rising Star
You’re right. If you can’t win business, acquire it.
Danilo and CBH were both colleagues and rivals at BBDO for a long time before the spinoff. What’s in store now that they’re pushed back under the same roof?
How about that time time Danilo was CCO at Ogilvy for like 6 months before CBH landed a rung above him. Danilo was out (of his own accord) with the quickness
Danilo
They’ve done the same thing with Sabrina carpenter’s Super Bowl spot for Pringle’s since FCB nyc made that.

Look, I’m sorry for whatever it is you’re dealing with, but it has nothing to do with BBDO NY or BBDO Chicago. It actually probably has everything to do with Omnicom, and maybe even specifically a guy named Troy, but you’re too busy sliding into my DMs to blackpill me more than I already am about the state of the industry to consider that your enemy is a lot bigger than just four letters the people who worked hard on the Instacart and Pringles spots now have in their resumes and LinkedIn profiles. I sincerely wish you the best though.
