Deloitte MBA manager salary? S&A
Got an offer to join Deloitte as a CBO - Project Delivery Specialist– Scrum Master.
The offer is 115k+5k bonus with a 9% AIP. (I have 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. I haven’t finished my bachelors yet.) Previously the role was CBO - Project Delivery Senior Analyst – Scrum Master after back and forth with the hiring manager with a salary of 102k + 6k signing bonus and a 6% AIP. Thoughts?
Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

At my agency One Show has the perception of being the least political show but D&AD is definitely tougher.
One Show I think. This is just my perception, but I see D&AD as specifically a UK thing. One Show is more global.
Personally feel like they focus on slightly different things. D&AD is more comparable to ADC in terms of what they value, in my opinion. But either way D&AD is definitely tougher than One Show. I’d be more excited about a Yellow Pencil than a Gold Pencil, I think.
I’ve won in both.
Hard to say these days because the number of categories in each has grown infinitely.
That being said, I was more stoked over D&AD.
I see an American agency winning a D&AD pencil as more impressive than an American agency winning a Once Show pencil.
Partially because D&AD seems more Europe based, so an American thing to pop in that show says a lot. Partially because they seem to be stingier with their pencils.
But that's just one person's perception.
I’ve won both for the same campaign. D&AD gave us a yellow pencil whereas we the One Show gave us 6 golds 2 silvers and a bronze. D&AD felt more special and I’m in Murica
