So I been contractor 14 years and our contract was supposed to end September 6th but they gave us an extension for 4 months just the other day . Idk what’s gonna happen after that . Should I just roll with it in hoping we get a rebid? or start applying to different jobs . I did have an interview and I am waiting to see if they even pick me up. I love the company I work for but I’m just not sure what’s gonna happen .

I have a CD that gets extremely flustered when you ask them for their opinion on a solution. For example after showing them multiple color pallets and CD not quite liking any of them (real Goldie locks moment) i suggested why not we do (fill in three colors here), the CD freezes up and gets annoyed because they don’t want to say yes or no without seeing it in front of them. Working on tight turn arounds and a cd who is too busy for meetings it proving tough with remote working. Any tips?
